Do I need to send products all the way to UK?

European customers can return their products to our European warehouse. Customers from USA, CA, Asia Countries, Oceania Countries will need to send their products to our warehouse in UK.

The products are fine, but I changed my mind

Products with no quality-related issues can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. For details on the return policy, please choose the region where the order was delivered: European Union, United States, Canada, Asia Countries, Oceania Countries, The rest of the World. 
Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging. Then, We will have a full refund to you. But you should pay the delivery fee for returning. 

Products with quality problems

We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects within 30 days of receiving your order. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within 30 days, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement or a full refund.
